Our Dorking office is situated in a busy High Street position opposite the White Horse Hotel and adjacent to the main Post Office. Our spacious office deals with residential sales, lettings and new homes and a warm welcome is open to all.
On the sales side, Partner Bruce Shaw heads up the residential sales and Alex Pritchard manages the lettings department. Bruce is assisted by Sales Manager, Jamie Burgess and Senior Sales Negotiator, Paul Carey and Sales Negotiator, Hannah Orton. In the lettings Department, Alex is assisted by Lettings Negotiator, Lyndon Simmons. Natalie Taylor is the Office Administrator.
The office covers an extensive area which encompasses Dorking town centre and the surrounding villages of Westcott, Abinger, Holmbury St Mary, Peaslake, Gomshall and Shere to the west, North and South Holmwood, Beare Green, Newdigate, Capel, Ockley, Forest Green, Oakwood Hill and Wallis Wood to the south, Brockham, Betchworth, Buckland and Leigh going east and finally Westhumble, Ranmore, Box Hill and Mickleham to the north.
Dorking is a thriving market town within easy reach of London (23 miles) yet surrounded by acres of unspoilt countryside. The town has excellent road and rail networks (London Waterloo 46 minutes) and easy access to Gatwick and Heathrow. The M25 can be accessed at Junctions 8 & 9 which in turn provide access to the United Kingdom motorway network.
Dorking town offers a wide variety of specialist shops together with high street names, 5 supermarkets and the renowned West Street with its antiquity shops.
Ther are numerous quality schools serving the community, both private and state for all ages.
The adjoining countryside is ideal for those that enjoy outdoor pursuits; walking, horse riding and cycling. Dorking also host's the UK's largest Vinyard, Denbies, which produces an outstanding sparkling white wine!
